Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
